Get every part of the body burning with a set of 6-12 exercises that are structured to allow the body enough time to recharge in between. Perfect for all people who want to achieve their personal goals. Monday, Wednesdays and Fridays 5.30pm Tuesday and Thursdays 6.45am Free for Members
